Mitch has over 36 years of demonstrated leadership and full life-cycle experience in federal procurement, including more than 16 years directly supporting the FAA’s telecommunications organization with strategy development for major acquisitions, contract planning and execution, source selection support, award, and contract management for major FAA systems. Mitch has also led teams supporting important acquisitions for the U.S Army and the Department of Homeland Security. Mitch has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology and has earned Program Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), and DAWIA Contracting and Program Management Level 3 certifications.
